  1. Scope of Services

2.1 Hotel & Resort Consulting – advisory, consultancy, brand association facilitation, investment facilitation, sales-leaseback structuring, and related services.

2.2 Real Estate Services – facilitation of sale, resale, leasing of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.

2.3 The Company acts strictly as a consultant, advisor, and facilitator, and not as a guarantor, principal, or financial underwriter in any transaction.

  1. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients shall provide accurate, complete, and updated information necessary for the execution of services.

3.2 Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreements or transactions facilitated by the Company.

3.3 Clients agree not to misuse, misrepresent, or engage in unlawful activity while using the Company’s services.

  1. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Company does not guarantee project approvals, brand partnerships, investment returns, lease income, or appreciation of property values.

4.2 The Company is not responsible for any legal, financial, tax, or regulatory implications of transactions; clients are advised to seek independent professional advice.

4.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services.

  1. Fees & Payment

5.1 Professional fees, brokerage, consultancy charges, or success-based fees (if applicable) shall be mutually agreed in writing before commencement of services.

5.2 Once a client has expressed interest, accepted our proposal, or submitted their intent to engage with The Astra Luxe Management, the client shall remain liable to pay the agreed fees, even if the client chooses to approach, negotiate, or transact directly with the counterparty (such as developers, hotel brands, investors, or property owners) introduced or identified by the Company.

5.3 All payments shall be made strictly as per the agreed terms; delays may attract interest or suspension of services.

5.4 Fees paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

  1. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of shared business, financial, and project-related information.

6.2 The Company may disclose information only where legally required or with prior client consent.

  1. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Company’s website, including text, designs, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of The Astra Luxe Management.
